It is located across the street from the Sainte-Justine Hospital. The manor has 50 guest rooms, each equipped with a bathroom. Families are required to pay $10 per night. To stay at the manor a family must: be a parent/guardian of a child (under 18) receiving treatment for an illness or injury, live 55km or more from the manor, and be referred by a hospital staff member. The manor offers two kitchens, a family room on each floor, a continental breakfast, and four meals per week.

Ronald McDonald House Montreal’s family room is located on the third floor of the Sainte-Justine Hospital. The space is reserved exclusively for families of patients in the day medicine unit. The family room is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
