The charity reported that it helped 1,216 job seekers navigate the job market, update their skills, and find suitable employment opportunities in F2025. It stated that it supported 357 people with mental health-related disabilities in the job-finding process.

Community Foundation is a separate and independent charity that ensures that all members of the Greater Montreal Jewish community can obtain Jewish burials by buying cemetery plots and paying for burials and cemetery maintenance. B.D.H. Community Foundation donated $1.2m in F2025, $843k in F2024, and $836k in F2023. Ci included this amount in donations but removed it in the fundraising ratio calculation. In F2025, B.D.H. Community Foundation forgave its loan to fund the operations of Clinique Entourfamille, a clinic that provided evaluation and therapeutic services for children that closed in F2024.
